This position is responsible for developing and maintaining repair schedules for all field personnel, communicating and advising customers (both external and internal) of all aspects of repairs, and enforcing the company’s policies and procedures.
Coordinate field repairs
Created work orders and oversaw the ordering of necessary parts and materials, providing all pertinent information to the service department administrative assistant for the closing of work orders and invoicing.
Maintain constant communication with customers and internal departments. Provide recommendations, scheduling, and completion dates for field repairs and services and obtain customer approval for these services.
Oversee maintenance of field technician service trucks and lube trucks for safety, repairs, and maintenance.
Education/Experience/Skill:
A qualified candidate must have the following skills or abilities:
Excellent written verbal communication & organizational skills
Thorough understanding of basic mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and structural systems
Proficient in Word, Excel, and other software programs
