We seek a Corporate Service Manager for our heavy equipment dealership. Our office is located near Richland, MS.

Your key position will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of four of our service department locations. The position will report to the VP of Parts and Service and will be expected to advise and make recommendations for improvement to management.
Prior experience with heavy and light equipment such as Cat, Komatsu, Deere, Volvo, and similar types of equipment.
This is a great position for someone with successful Service Department Management experience and allows you to add to your knowledge and experience in regional management. We also offer an excellent professional management training program.
General overview of Responsibilities:
1. Duties include oversight of four of our branch service operations located in Mississippi.
2. Personnel management, budget establishment, compliance, policy enforcement, operations effectiveness, etc.
3. Periodically evaluate the service department's performance against planned goals and objectives.
4 Constantly evaluate the services provided to our internal and external customers.
7. Make recommendations to improve customer service.
8. Actively oversee and monitor the safety processes and procedures and promote safety practices throughout the department.
9. Acquire and maintain knowledge of all warranty programs of the manufacturers and appropriately manage and facilitate warranty repairs.
10. Actively administer company policies and procedures as established.
11. . Ensure each branch complies with all local, State, and Federal rules and laws.
Qualifications
1. Direct experience with heavy and light equipment such as Deere, Cat, Komatsu, Volvo, or similar types of parts and service department management.
2. Experience or training in management concepts and practices; willingness to participate in further company-provided training.
3. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
4. Demonstrated leadership abilities in previous employment history
